These terms and conditions are a supplemental initial overview and guideline of the services offered.
You submit payment to Bee Hexa Branding LLC through a hire us link or through accepting a proposal or invoice we sent you. This will become your sign up date.
We establish communication. This can be through phone, email, at our offices or virtual meetings. You give us all needed information about your project, then we will evaluate your request and tell you if you chose the right tier (Landing Page, Start Up Website, Established Website) and business model (Subscription, One Time Payment). All communication must be responded to no later than 3 days.
After being given the information and having the right tier and model. We will create a custom Service Agreement that will reflect the terms and conditions in which we can work on your requests (it will describe timelines, amounts of media, details of the website composition like amount of pages, sections, revisions, etc). This new Service Agreement / Contract will substitute this Terms of Services you are reading right now. In order to move forward from this phase we will need a written agreement to it. Once this is done we will start working on your project.
In case of never reaching a mutual Service Agreement between all parties involved we will refund your money entirely and delete your account with us.
A Personal Dashboard will be created to be used with your login credentials. In there you will be able to see a To Do list of what we need from you, Documents, Announcements, Integrations you have chosen and more. Details of its use will be explained in more detail in the Service Agreement.
Our initial Service Agreement is for 1 year starting on the date the first payment was made. Extensions and amendments can increase or reduce their time’s length and/or scope of services. Extensions mainly apply to the Subscription Model. Amendments are for any alteration or addition to the original Initial Service Agreement.
This model is recommended for businesses that do not have a vast amount of funds to invest in our services or want to try out the benefits of a professional built website by a Branding Agency within a set length of time. A subscription is a rent of use of our services and it’s products. The website, assets, media and anything we create and do for you belongs to Bee Hexa Branding LLC. Replication or continued use of our services’ products without an “active” client subscription status to us will result in a contract and copyright infringement. Charges and fees could be increased up to 15% in every extension.
This is our recommended model. You will own the website, assets, media and more, we did for you as a service. You will have free reign of use of our services’ products.
We host all of our projects in Webflow. The main reason is for their CMS (Content Management System). It is not possible to externally host websites with webflow CMS. In case of wanting to host elsewhere let us know to see if it is something we can do for you.

Is a third party software / platform that we use to create and host your website. We are not responsible for its discontinuation, price increases, change of services/uses or other related matters. In some cases Webflow will have additional cost or fees, i.e. Forms, clients need to pay for any amount above their threshold plan. Depending on the model we pay for its flat subscription fee only, the client is responsible for any extra charges or fees it may have. We recommend you to go to the Webflow’s website and read its limitations prior to accepting our Service Agreement.
We are responsible for their subscription payment.
We are not responsible for their subscription payment. The trade off in this is being able to do more integrations to your site as your business needs.
They are third party software that we embedded or implemented in your website, business or services. We are not responsible for their discontinuation, price increases, change of services/uses or other related matters, this can cause a removal or stop of the use of the integration on our behalf. These changes and situations are in no way caused by us, we can however try to find you another integration that will serve your needs on its behalf. In some cases the integration will have additional cost or fees, i.e. Shippo (integration) client needs to pay for each shipping label. Depending on the model we pay for their 1 user flat subscription fee only, the client is responsible for any extra charges or fees the integration may have.
In the 2nd Phase of our Process (Initial Communication) we will evaluate and recommend you what integrations might benefit your business. They will be listed on your Service Agreement. In case of needing to Add, Change and/or Remove integrations we will need to create an Amendment. In case of not needing integrations for any reason we would gladly offer you any other of our services to substitute it.
This mainly apply to the subscription model, we will scale up and down the integration’s tier as needed till we reach their respective threshold limitation we agreed on. Their thresholds will be stated on the integration’s website. We recommend you to go to the integration’s website and read their limitations prior to accepting our Service Agreement.
On average our projects take from 1 to 2 months. Do have in mind the amount of time will be affected on how fast communication is exchanged. We treat all of our clients with priority and try to complete our services as fast as possible. The time will be affected by the amount of services, type of services (photography, illustration, etc), planning, approval of media or agreements, revisions and more importantly communication. There will be a clause with in depth details in the Service Agreement.
